Comedienne Leslie Norris explains her vocation choice by saying, “I didn't choose comedy, it chose me!" The former beauty queen was actively pursuing a singing and acting career when comedy "chose" her. After being named first runner-up in both Miss Georgia and Miss Florida contests, Leslie went to work for Disney. A native of Pensacola, Florida, she sang in various Disney Productions before moving to Los Angeles, I was Miss Pensacola, Miss Orlando, then moved to California and became "Misled!"
Leslie has performed at major concert venues and corporate
events and has appeared with Dwight Yoakam, Neal McCoy, Mark Chestnut, Lonestar,
and Blackhawk. Her TV credits include HBO, A&E, Lifetime, Fox and Showtime
to name a few.
She won the prestigious honor of becoming the Grand Finalist on Star Search.
